Terms of Service

ResoAI analyzes Dota 2 matches and replays, provides AI-generated coaching conversations, training suggestions and related statistics. Match data comes from publicly available sources (the Dota 2 game coordinator, OpenDota and similar) and from our own replay parser.

You can try the Service as a guest. Signing in is done via Steam (OpenID) — we never see your Steam password. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

Paid plans (currently Starter at $9.99/month and Pro at $29.99/month) unlock higher monthly usage limits. Prices are shown on the pricing page before checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the "Manage subscription" button (Stripe billing portal) — access stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe; payments made through Telegram Stars are processed by Telegram and linked to your account via your Steam ID. See our Refund Policy.

We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes never apply retroactively to an already-paid period.

Monthly limits (match analyses, coach messages) exist to keep the Service sustainable. You agree not to: circumvent limits or access controls, resell the Service, scrape or bulk-extract its output, use it to develop a competing dataset, or submit unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

Coaching advice is generated by AI from your match data. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes: it can be wrong, and it is not a guarantee of rank progress or results. Use your own judgement.

The Service, its design and software are owned by ResoAI. You retain rights to the content you submit; you grant us a licence to process it to operate the Service. Dota 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation — ResoAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.
