Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any moment via the "Manage subscription" button on the pricing page (Stripe billing portal). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; you will not be charged again.

If the Service is not for you, we will refund your first subscription payment in full — just email us within 7 days of that payment. No questions asked.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, since the Service is a digital product available immediately. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly (e.g. you cancelled but a charge still went through, or a billing error occurred), contact us within 14 days — we will make it right.

By starting to use a paid plan immediately after purchase you consent to the supply of digital services before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully used within that period. The 7-day guarantee above applies regardless.

Payments made with Telegram Stars follow Telegram's payment rules; where a refund is due, we will process it through the same channel.

Email reso.dota2@gmail.com from the account you used, with your Steam nickname and the payment date. We respond within 3 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
