This policy explains what data ResoAI ("we") collects when you use app.reso.coach and the ResoAI Telegram bot, why we collect it, and what your choices are.
Account: when you sign in with Steam we receive your public Steam ID, display name and avatar. We never see your Steam password.
Match data: match IDs you submit and publicly available match/replay data associated with them (from the Dota 2 game coordinator, OpenDota and our own replay parser).
Coach conversations: the messages you exchange with the AI coach and the analyses we generate, stored so your history works across sessions.
Billing: subscription status, plan and payment metadata. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — they never touch our servers.
Cookies: a session cookie (sign-in), a guest ID cookie (free-trial limits) and a language preference cookie. No third-party advertising cookies.
To run the product: analyze the matches you ask about, keep your conversation history, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, and improve coaching quality. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We rely on: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Anthropic (the AI model that powers the coach — your coach messages and match facts are processed to generate replies), Stripe (payments), and Telegram (if you use the bot or pay with Telegram Stars). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — email us and we will remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Write to us and we will honour it.
